In Addis Ababa, the AFAR showroom, beside being a place to see and buy our bags, is the front room of our workshop: a quiet space where every collection can be explored, touched, carried, and understood before it begins its journey elsewhere.

Here, visitors can see the full AFAR range, from travel bags and everyday accessories to seasonal pieces and special editions. Materials, forms, colors, stitches, handles, linings, and details can be compared in person, with the time and attention that good objects deserve.

The showroom is directly connected to our production space. This means visitors can also look behind the finished product and see how AFAR bags are made: the cutting, sewing, finishing, checking, and careful handwork that turn raw materials into pieces built for movement and use.

For us, this matters. AFAR is not only a brand of bags. It is a working place, a team, a set of skills, and a way of making that remains close to the people who carry it forward every day.
